Our service includes
(a) Evaluating the client’s requirements, and if the destinations are pre-determined then we will work out the step by step approach to have the costing, and once approved by the client we will proceed with the execution of the arrangements to the satisfaction of the clients
(b) If the destination/venue is not predetermined our professionals will then be happy to present with appropriate destinations/conference venue options with facilities available in the destinations such as Hotels, Transport, etc with cost
(c)And once the venue and requirements are approved by the Organization/Company then we undertake the requirements specified for the Management of Conference and travel including the registration of delegates, flights, and hotel booking, and also in arranging pre and post-conference tours.
